The League of Women Voters provides services to voters in a number of ways:
- Voter Registration – ensuring that citizens are aware of how to register and can freely register to vote
- Elections ProcessĀ – educating voter on the processes for voting, including dates and schedules, obtaining and submitting absentee ballots, and general voter information
- Office-seeking – providing citizens with information on how to run for elective office, and encouraging participation in our civic life
- Education – informing voters of significant issues before the legislature and providing pathways for citizens to advocate for their positions
During elections, the League provides information to help citizens vote by offering information about candidates, often sponsoring candidates’ forums.
